London Youth Quality Mark
January 2017: We are delighted to have achieved this quality mark, a City & Guilds accredited scheme which aims to develop the skills of people and organisations for their personal and economic growth. It shows Sonshine members how much we care about them and that we offer really effective packages to help meet their needs.
Congratulations to Reizi for all her hard work in making this happen!

BBC Children in Need
February 2017: Sonshine Club has been awarded a main grant from BBC Children in need. The grant will help us support local children and young people with additional needs over a three year period. It will fund Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists who will provide motor skills groups and sport sessions such as netball and cycling.
Miss Reizi Gluck, Coordinator at the Sonshine Club said “This new grant will help youths experiencing coordination and balance difficulties to take part in sports and activities which they may not have the opportunity to participate in elsewhere.”
Tesco Bags of Help Grant Scheme
February 2017: Our successful application to this Tesco grant scheme is great news and our gardening project can benefit from your vote in Tesco stores during March and April 2017. A healthy eating lifestyle is very important and has positive effects for our children. Help your child enjoy a range of activities including recycling, composting, growing vegetables, herbs and more, by voting for the Sonshine Club. The process is simple – you will receive a token from Tesco on a purchase of any value. Place your token in the Sonshine Club nomination box, available in-store, and help us to help you and provide children and young people with a better future.
